Owners, artists, and cousins, Stefano Alcantara and Bror Wensjoe had the dream of opening their own tattoo shop here in South Florida years ago. Due to life circumstances and other opportunities, the dream was delayed. Finally in 2015, they accomplished the goal they had set in the early 2000's. Although we are located in Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL, Stefano has three other studios in Lima, Perú.

Here at Stefano's Tattoo Studio we pride ourselves in meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations. We do custom work only and enjoy turning the client's idea into a creative design for them to carry for life.

We are all certified, licensed, professional artists - specializing in all styles of tattoo.

Our shop is a reflection of ourselves: professional, clean, neat, and welcoming. This beautiful studio is covered in our artists' original paintings.

ARTISTS

STEFANO ALCANTARA

Stefano has been a tattoo artist for over 25 years. He started in Perú, home of three of his Tattoo Studios. Although he does great work in any style, he specializes in black and grey realism tattoos.

BROR WENSJOE

Bror, originally from Perú, has been a tattoo artist for over 14 years. He started his career under the professional guidance of his cousin, Stefano.

He has mastered every style of tattoo, but his favorite is black and grey realism.

ERICK CAMACHO

Erick has been tattooing for over 13 years and excels a variety of styles of tattooing. Born in Colombia and raised in Miami, he learned the art of tattooing at the heart of South Beach. His preferred styles are dark art blackwork, black and grey realism, neo-traditional and traditional American.

ANDRES RAMIREZ

Andres has been a tattoo artist since 2019. Originally from Colombia, he specializes in black and grey realism and fine line work.

AKIRA BEARD

Before starting his apprenticeship at Stefano’s Tattoo Studio in Fort Lauderdale in the fall of 2018, Akira had been living and working as a professional artist in San Francisco, California. In 2003 he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Painting and Drawing at the Academy of Art University SF. He also taught there in the Fashion Illustration Department as well as Fine Art. His ambitions has naturally brought him into the world of tattooing, which to his excitement offers wider opportunities while simultaneously finding greater ways to share his life long love for visual artistry. GIORGIO CONETTA

"GIO"

Tattooing since 2009 under the guidance of Bror Wensjoe.

Versatility is the name of the game, Full color or smooth grays.

Preferred styles Neo-traditional, New-school, American Traditional, realism and Black-work.

ANDRESSA SABRINA

Originally from Brazil, Andressa specializes in black work and fine line tattoos. Her love for tattoos started in her teenage years, when she realized this is what she wanteed to do for a living. She is passionate about creating unique art to tell her clients' unique life stories.

NICK CHAI-CHANG

Nick discovered his love for art as a child, watching his father drafting architectural drafts. Since then, he hasn't let go of pencils, paint brushes, or tattoo machines.

He prides himself in creating custom designs that are harmonious with the human body. He does amazing color work as well as black and grey.
